Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The cost of the return shipping label provided by us will be deducted from your refund. We have discounted rates for shipping labels, and we will apply this discounted cost to your refund.

Return Shipping

We will provide a shipping label for your return, and the cost of the label and fees associated with the label will be deducted from your refund, assuming the item is returned in its original condition.  If item is returned in a condition other than it's original condition, and ICEBUM chooses to accept it, a restocking fee of up to 90% of the items MSRP value may be added at ICEBUMs discretion.

Order Refusal & Cancellation Policy

ICEBUM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that:

• Appear to be fraudulent or placed with false information.
• Are suspected to be made by competitors, their representatives, or legal affiliates for the purpose of product analysis, reverse engineering, or other non-consumer purposes.
• Violate our purchasing policies, including bulk orders beyond reasonable personal or business use.
• Are flagged due to payment issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded. ICEBUM reserves the right to take additional action if necessary to protect our intellectual property and business interests.
